Subject of the Agreement
This agreement covers the rights and obligations of the parties per the provisions of the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the products/services the Seller is selling to the Buyer through the website.

The Seller delivers the product/service subject to the agreement to the address and/or to the person authorized for delivery specified by the Buyer at the time of the order.

Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this agreement without giving any reason and without paying any penalty clause within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product to themselves. The necessary information regarding the use of the right of withdrawal is included in the preliminary information text provided by the Seller.

Situations Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used
The right of withdrawal cannot be used for products specially prepared according to the buyer's request, modified, or shaped according to personal needs.
The right of withdrawal is also not valid for services performed instantly in an electronic environment or products delivered instantly to the consumer.

Return Procedure
When the Buyer wants to return the product by exercising their right of withdrawal, they are obliged to return the original invoice (original copy) of the product to the Seller. The return process will start after the control of the products.

Resolution of Disputes
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized in the resolution of all kinds of disputes arising from the application of this agreement.

Entry into Force
This agreement enters into force with the Buyer's electronic approval. The Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of the agreement.
